Base Salary
$224k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack growth experiments end-to-end.
- Improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics.
- Analyze experiment results and iterate based on data.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to refine hypotheses and user flows.
- Contribute to the experimentation platform and growth infrastructure.
- Improve internal tooling that supports experimentation.
- Review code, mentor teammates, and participate in team ceremonies.
- Make engineering tradeoffs that prioritize measurable impact while maintaining quality and long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software experience, including substantial experience with user growth or monetization.
- Strong hands-on full-stack engineering skills across frontend and backend production systems.
- Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end.
- Data-driven problem-solving skills and sound judgment in balancing speed and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product, design, and analytics teams in ambiguous environments.
- Experience scaling growth systems or experimentation platforms in a production environment is a strong candidate qualification.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States; Calendly does not provide immigration sponsorship.
