Base Salary
$224k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack growth experiments end-to-end.
- Improve key metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and analysts.
- Analyze experiment results and iterate quickly based on data.
- Contribute to the experimentation platform and growth infrastructure.
- Make thoughtful engineering tradeoffs in pursuit of impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software experience focused on user growth or monetization.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with the ability to design, build, and ship production changes.
- Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end.
- A data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a growth environment.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
