Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the lifecycle of partner agreements from business case development and planning through governance, technical architecture, solution build, business modeling, and customer delivery.
- Translate Elastic capabilities into business benefits and support partners in developing proactive proposals for key accounts.
- Architect custom solutions integrating Elastic technology into partner offerings and customer environments.
- Co-lead technical design wins and develop technical blueprints for industry-specific partner solutions.
- Drive technical advocacy, build trust with senior technical stakeholders, and enable partners to understand and promote Elastic solutions.
- Support co-marketing efforts by providing technical input for partner campaigns and messaging.
- Author customer-facing publications, white papers, blogs, and sales collateral based on market trends and industry best practices.
- Build a focused network of Solutions Architects to identify growth opportunities between Elastic and its partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
- 5+ years of experience working with multinational customers in support of technology sales.
- Previous pre-sales experience within the software sector.
- Understanding of AI, semantic search, vector technologies, RAG, vector search, and NLP.
- Professional experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, opportunity-rich environment.
- Successful customer relationship experience involving architectures that solved problems, met goals, or outpaced competitors.
- Ability to inspire teams to prioritize relevant work.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
