Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, code, test, debug, modify, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, status updates, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Respond to customer requests, capture clarifications, obtain feedback, and support timely delivery.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, customer experience, and software-related queries.
- Participate in continuing education and complete assigned certifications for skill development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with Oracle Customer Care Billing Technical.
- Ability to understand requirements, design software solutions, perform coding, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Ability to develop test scenarios, validate software, document solutions, and prepare accurate reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and project managers.
- Ability to maintain customer-focused communication and support quality, delivery, and reporting objectives.
