Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with validation, security scanning, artifact packaging, approvals, deployment, rollback, and environment promotion stages.
- Automate Apigee proxy, shared flow, product, environment, and platform configuration deployments through reusable APIOps patterns.
- Develop reusable infrastructure automation and Terraform modules for cloud, Kubernetes, network, security, and platform components.
- Automate Kubernetes namespaces, service accounts, secrets, ingress objects, monitoring agents, and platform dependencies.
- Support deployment automation and platform operations across GCP, AWS, Azure, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Integrate code quality, secret detection, IaC scanning, container image scanning, dependency scanning, policy-as-code, and compliance controls into pipelines.
- Automate monitoring, logging, alerting, metrics, dashboards, health checks, rollback procedures, and release validation.
- Support incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, pipeline failure resolution, migration waves, cutovers, production readiness, and hypercare.
- Maintain release templates, runbooks, documentation, release evidence, known issue logs, operational handover documents, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Lead DevOps workstreams, define automation and release standards, coordinate with architects and operations teams, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, cloud provisioning, Kubernetes deployment automation, release governance, observability, and secure delivery practices.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, or equivalent enterprise deployment platforms.
- Experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling, including modules, variables, remote state, workspaces, and environment promotion.
- Kubernetes deployment and operations experience with YAML, Helm, Kustomize, namespaces, services, ingress, secrets, ConfigMaps, RBAC, and logs.
- Cloud experience in GCP, AWS, Azure, or hybrid/on-premises environments, including IAM, networking, DNS, load balancers, and security controls.
- Scripting and automation experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Experience with DevSecOps controls, Git-based development practices, branching, pull requests, tags, merge strategies, code review, and release traceability.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and enterprise production-support experience.
- Preferred experience with Apigee or other API management platforms, Apigee Management APIs, Maven plugins, APIOps, observability automation, security and compliance tooling, GitOps, regulated environments, multi-cloud programs, and migrations.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, CKA, CKAD, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or CI/CD platform certifications.
