Base Salary

$89k - $115k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage public-cloud infrastructure, including compute resources, VPCs, private networks, routes, rules, IAM roles, and subscriptions.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and ARM.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps deployment functions.
  • Deploy and operate applications using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, PaaS platforms, and cloud-native services.
  • Monitor and support distributed production systems through instrumentation, logging, alerting, incident management, root cause analysis, and high-availability practices.
  • Engineer, size, install, configure, and maintain mission-critical applications in cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with one or more of Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Solid experience with public cloud platforms and cloud infrastructure construction, preferably with AWS or Azure certifications.
  • Experience provisioning cloud compute resources, managing IAM roles and subscriptions, and building cloud networks.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Splunk.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools including CloudFormation, Terraform, or ARM.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as Udeploy, Starling, or Mario and CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOps functions.
  • Hands-on Kubernetes, Docker, Azure application deployment, and Azure Active Directory experience.
  • Strong production-support, troubleshooting, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
