Responsibilities
- Design and evolve core payment-platform domains including the Transaction Ledger, Identity & Access Management, and Payment Orchestration.
- Implement and optimize services for bank integrations, credit risk, and real-time fraud detection.
- Lead technical analysis for cross-service projects and produce stakeholder documentation.
- Promote rigorous testing strategies, safe rollouts, simplicity, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related backend software engineering experience.
- Track record working with microservices and cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
- Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot and strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and coordinate implementations across teams.
- Passion for FinTech and fluency in English.
