Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, investigate problem areas, and recommend system improvements.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and implementation details.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture requirements and clarifications, collect feedback, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Monitor quality, customer satisfaction, software implementation, throughput, and release-plan adherence.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and maintain current practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill in Claims Processing.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software development processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to create test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, and project status information.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and functional teams.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and certifications.
