Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend systems through greenfield development and enhancement of existing systems.
- Build REST APIs and microservices supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing financial products.
- Apply clean, maintainable business logic and collaborate with the engineering team on rapid delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with an ambitious, results-driven approach and ability to learn quickly.
