Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack solutions across Java, Python, Node.js, Angular, and Spring Boot.
- Build and support data engineering pipelines integrating cloud platforms, databases, automation, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Helios, Docker, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Apply AI tools across design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Own complex technical challenges from proof of concept through production-ready delivery.
- Participate in walkthroughs, design reviews, technical discussions, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business partners, business analysts, and technical teams through meetings and presentations.
- Provide recommendations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java, Python, and JavaScript, plus strong SQL skills.
- Experience delivering full-stack and data engineering solutions on Azure, AWS, OpenShift, or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with virtual machines, Linux-based environments, database design, automation, and distributed-system integration.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, GitHub, and code review practices.
- Practical experience applying AI tools to software development, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to independently own technical challenges from design through production delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake, workflow tools such as Ansible, Airflow, or Stone Branch, and monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace is preferred.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, Model Context Protocol, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG-based architectures is preferred.
- Experience working in agile teams and contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives is preferred.
