$157k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

Own the support experience for complex integration tickets and coach the team on troubleshooting best practices.
Serve as the primary escalation point for the integrations support squad and act as the incident commander.
Lead root cause analysis and technical debugging for production issues across the integrations platform.
Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements for operational excellence.
Build and maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation for the support team.
Act as a bridge between support and software engineering to drive platform improvements.
Provide clear updates on incident status and resolution timelines to Customer Success teams.
Surface patterns from support tickets to inform technical strategy and product roadmap.

5+ years of technical support experience in software engineering.
At least 2+ years supporting enterprise customers through complex integrations.
Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in modern frameworks and tooling.
Deep troubleshooting and debugging skills, comfortable with logs and APIs.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and SaaS application architecture.
Strong technical communication skills for explaining complex issues.
Ability to identify manual processes and build scalable automation solutions.
Experience partnering with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Preferably proficient in Spanish for communication with Spanish-speaking teams.
