Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the Automation Platform, a conversational AI system.
- Automate provisioning for internal human and AI agents.
- Align team capabilities with Airbnb-wide initiatives for smooth integration.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Science, and Operations teams to drive success metrics.
- Participate in the full development cycle including design, implementation, and testing.
- Engage in code and design reviews to enhance technical quality.
- Optimize system availability, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience in service-oriented architectures.
- Expertise in workflow optimization and backend systems.
- Proficiency in crafting efficient and resilient backend systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for agile development and system optimization.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
