
Staff Enterprise Developer Advocate

Responsibilities
- Design the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot through repeatable practice, including formats, account criteria, readouts, and measurement.
- Deliver education-first technical sessions on agents and AgentControl, safe rollouts, experimentation, and runtime control inside target accounts.
- Partner with AEs, SEs, and CS to identify accounts, develop internal champions, and hand off opportunities to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain the non-promotional, education-first character of the sessions.
- Instrument the pilot, produce session readouts, debrief with representatives, and recommend whether to scale, adjust, or stop.
- Define the future scaling model and playbook for other advocates.
Requirements
- Background spanning at least two of developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, or technical marketing.
- Ability to teach technical sessions to large enterprise engineering groups and answer challenging questions from senior architects.
- Hands-on technical credibility, including building, demonstrating, and teaching technical concepts.
- Strong operational skills for running repeatable programs, prioritizing demand, and supporting field commitments.
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Bonus: experience with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tooling.
- Bonus: experience building customer-facing technical programs such as workshops, DevDays, or office hours from scratch.
- Bonus: deep enterprise software experience and understanding of platform decisions in large engineering organizations.
