Base Salary
$140k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sensor development teams on architecture and strategic initiatives.
- Conceptualize and develop new product features for the Linux, Windows, and macOS sensor.
- Guide development teams in designing and implementing cross-platform software.
- Own features from initial design through final delivery, including sprint-end product demonstrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in multiple locations.
- Lead, mentor, communicate, and collaborate effectively within a distributed engineering team.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of C and C++.
- Extensive understanding of Linux, Windows, or macOS internals.
- Proven experience debugging memory corruption issues, process contention, and system performance bottlenecks.
- Demonstrated experience delivering major features and releases collaboratively.
- Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Preferred: background developing scalable, lightweight, high-performance systems.
- Preferred: in-depth operating-system subsystem expertise.
- Preferred: knowledge of security principles and experience with eBPF.
