Base Salary
$210k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the target architecture for FuzeRx’s core platforms.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex technical initiatives.
- Mentor and elevate the engineering culture among staff and mid-level engineers.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Pharmacy Operations on technical architectures.
- Ensure systems support strict healthcare compliance standards.
- Optimize system performance and database efficiency.
- Evaluate new tools and frameworks for potential integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering and systems design.
- 3+ years in a senior architectural role driving technical initiatives.
- Extensive experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS or transactional systems.
- Mastery of AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design complex distributed systems and optimize database queries.
