Base Salary
$144k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build secure-by-default protections across the stack including cloud, CI/CD, applications, and endpoints.
- Provide practical security guidance on new products and technologies.
- Help secure SeatGeek's use of AI by building guardrails and reviewing for risks.
- Contribute to design reviews and threat modeling for high-impact features.
- Build security tooling to automate detection and response in production.
- Improve detection and incident response capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and business teams on cross-functional security work.
- Protect SeatGeek from abuse and bots at the edge and app layers.
- Contribute to security incidents and improve runbooks and processes.
- Advocate for strong secure coding practices across teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience across multiple security domains.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, or C#.
- Experience partnering across product, platform, and business functions.
- Ability to build scalable, preventative security solutions.
- Ability to think like both an attacker and a defender.
- Familiarity with the security implications of AI/LLM systems is a plus.
