Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes.
- Support Service Catalog and Employee Center enhancements.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide application support.
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and release activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support service management process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Maintain platform documentation and technical specifications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow development or administration experience.
- Experience supporting ITSM modules and service management processes.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and platform configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Experience with Employee Center and Knowledge Management is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
