Responsibilities
- Lead technology modernization and innovation efforts for a government program.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise digital infrastructure for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct business process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and recommend technology-enabled workflow improvements.
- Recommend and integrate AI-driven tools for data analysis, incident triage, reporting, and operational automation.
- Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to provide real-time operational visibility and track cybersecurity initiatives.
- Design and configure secure environments for piloting new technology solutions.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint for classified and unclassified communications.
- Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and recommend tools that enhance mission effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience with business process analysis and workflow optimization.
- Experience integrating collaboration platforms in government environments.
- Experience with classified and unclassified system architectures.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications for cybersecurity operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools.
- Understanding of DHS Management Directive 4300 series, Sensitive Compartmented Information systems, and National Security Systems requirements.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and operational environments.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher security clearance.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred TOGAF or Federal Enterprise Architecture certification, AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect certification, CISSP, or ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
