Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to design secure, scalable GitHub, Azure, AI, application, data, and agent solutions.
- Lead architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, production milestones, and end-to-end technical delivery for customer engagements.
- Drive GitHub platform administration, governance, DevSecOps automation, security engineering, repository migrations, GitHub Actions automation, CodeQL, secret scanning, dependency management, and enterprise optimization.
- Oversee workload health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity management, optimization, and production readiness for mission-critical AI and agent workloads.
- Partner with customer success and internal teams on consumption plans, success plans, delivery RACIs, escalations, adoption blockers, and product feedback.
- Create reusable intellectual property, templates, frameworks, agents, and delivery approaches while supporting customer and partner workshops and technical skilling.
- Maintain expertise in Azure, AI, GitHub, cloud-native development, application platforms, and developer tooling, and mentor and share knowledge with others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in relevant AI, GitHub, cloud, application platform, IT consulting, systems administration, software development, architecture, or related technologies, or equivalent experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Enterprise Server, GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Actions, APIs, automation, and large-scale repository migrations.
- Experience with CodeQL, Secret Scanning, Dependabot, security configurations, enterprise governance, and enterprise DevSecOps transformation.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance and successful Microsoft, customer, and government security screening.
- U.S. citizenship verification is required because the role supports U.S. government customers and is subject to citizenship-based restrictions.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Preferred experience leading customer-facing architecture engagements, production deployments, technical workshops, AI and agent initiatives, cloud modernization, and enterprise platform optimization.
