Base Salary
$173k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and solution engineers on discovery workshops, enablement sessions, architecture presentations, and sales opportunities, including approximately 25% travel.
- Define customer-driven Salesforce business and technical architectures, including capability models, current and future-state diagrams, roadmaps, design patterns, and reference architectures.
- Lead discussions on business and technical transformation using expertise in solution architecture, systems engineering, cloud, governance, and SDLC.
- Contribute to RFP responses and technical requirements documents.
- Deliver best practices, reference architectures, and educational content at sponsored events for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Lead technical due diligence and risk management for customer engagements.
- Advise product management on capabilities and meet assigned quarterly and annual performance objectives.
Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce solutions and the Salesforce Platform.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, systems integration, or enterprise architecture.
- Understanding of cloud platform architecture, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, and multi-tier infrastructure.
- Understanding of security processes, standards, and issues in multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications, including network, application, and information security.
- Conceptual and tactical understanding of enterprise application integration and enterprise architecture topics, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL, process orchestration, BPM, CEP, Master Data Management, and BI/BA.
- Ability to understand emerging technologies such as generative and predictive AI, Blockchain, and Robotic Process Automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a balanced and articulate demeanor.
- Preferred familiarity with Salesforce Industry solutions, including Public Sector Solutions and Education Cloud.
- Preferred Salesforce implementation experience with Force.com, Apex, Java or C#, JavaScript, mobile development, modern frameworks, REST, SOAP/WSDL, and API-driven integration.
- Preferred familiarity with AI technologies such as Salesforce Agentforce AI and Palantir, including Agentforce extension points, Data Cloud, agent observability, and agent tuning.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, plus solution-selling or sales/pre-sales experience.
