Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and solutions.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system or performance improvements.
- Support software installation, implementation, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, project reports, MIS reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, collect feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Maintain customer-focused communication and respond promptly to customer requests.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Workday Technical skills and experience.
- Experience with software development, coding, testing, debugging, maintenance, and performance improvement.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software specifications.
- Ability to develop automated validation processes and execute software test cases.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and code comments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Commitment to software quality, customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and ongoing skills development.
