Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their workflows and operational challenges.
- Translate real-world problems into well-scoped engineering solutions.
- Serve as a technical point of contact during onboarding and deployment.
- Build and ship features and integrations across the full stack.
- Measure adoption and iterate based on production observations.
- Document customer environments and known issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience with full-stack skills in React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Ability to conduct technical discovery calls and define clear problem statements.
- Capable of scoping and delivering solutions independently.
- Strong debugging skills in unfamiliar codebases and environments.
- Good written communication skills for documentation and technical explanations.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
