Responsibilities

  • Manage support tickets and incoming requests/issues/enhancements.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, document, and develop solutions for customer problems.
  • Understand product insights and engineering logic to drive root cause analyses.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product and its functionalities.
  • Communicate client issues with engineering and customer success teams.
  • Establish good working relationships and display integrity in interactions.
  • Utilize metrics to assist in retrospective analysis of client issues.
  • Contribute to internal process and product improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Experience in technical support or enterprise SaaS products is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, particularly DML commands.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing software/product environments.
  • Proficient problem solver and troubleshooter.
  • Good understanding of software development/testing concepts.
  • Ability to grasp product capabilities and requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, product management, and customer success teams.
  • Ability to document solutions for knowledge-base and innovate within the support team.
