Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets and incoming requests/issues/enhancements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, document, and develop solutions for customer problems.
- Understand product insights and engineering logic to drive root cause analyses.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product and its functionalities.
- Communicate client issues with engineering and customer success teams.
- Establish good working relationships and display integrity in interactions.
- Utilize metrics to assist in retrospective analysis of client issues.
- Contribute to internal process and product improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience.
- Experience in technical support or enterprise SaaS products is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, particularly DML commands.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing software/product environments.
- Proficient problem solver and troubleshooter.
- Good understanding of software development/testing concepts.
- Ability to grasp product capabilities and requirements.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and professionalism.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product management, and customer success teams.
- Ability to document solutions for knowledge-base and innovate within the support team.
