Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative testing solutions.
- Transform testing into a continuous, efficient, and end-to-end quality engineering function.
- Design and improve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, frameworks, processes, and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives and testing strategies.
- Analyze complex systems and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Evaluate and improve testing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, effectiveness, and integrity.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and participate actively in team discussions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and quality engineering tools.
- Experience designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing models.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on innovative testing solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
