Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, and automated quality engineering function.
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and adopt innovative testing tools and methodologies.
- Serve as an SME, manage team activities, make team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Support Oracle EBS modules including Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Purchasing.
- Provide production support for Manhattan Associates WMS and Oracle EBS-WMS integrations and resolve interface issues.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support and Rimini Street to investigate and resolve Oracle seeded issues.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for Oracle E-Business Suite applications and resolve incidents.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and develop customized XML Publisher reports.
- Validate Oracle EBS applications after patching, maintenance, and deployment activities.
- Perform Oracle Application Framework personalization and support iStore issues.
- Prepare unit testing and resolution documentation.
- Use ServiceNow, AutoSys, RunMyJobs, FlexDeploy, Fisheye, Splunk, and SQL Developer for incident management, scheduling, monitoring, deployment, and release management.
- Monitor testing processes for continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, 11i, and WMS.
- Experience with FlexDeploy, Fisheye, AutoSys, RunMyJobs, Wincvs, ServiceNow, Putty, Splunk, and SQL Developer.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Experience with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to Oracle environments.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test automation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
