Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable QA automation frameworks using Selenium and C#.
- Write complex SQL queries to validate backend data and support testing.
- Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins build pipelines and troubleshoot pipeline and test stability issues.
- Plan, estimate, execute, and report on testing activities while managing defects and conducting root cause analysis.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum sprint ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
- Strong proficiency in C#, OOP concepts, .NET fundamentals, collections, LINQ, and C# design patterns.
- Experience with Selenium and automation framework patterns such as Page Object Model, data-driven, and keyword-driven testing.
- Strong experience writing complex SQL queries for backend data validation.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins and automated test integration into build pipelines.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, defect management, QA processes, and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Exposure to Playwright with C# or other automation frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms or enterprise environments and knowledge of pipeline troubleshooting and test stability optimization are preferred.
- Capital Markets or Fund Accounting domain experience is an advantage.
