Responsibilities
- Lead a quality engineering team and coordinate multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement comprehensive automated and manual testing strategies for React.js applications.
- Define, monitor, and analyze testing metrics covering test execution and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the quality engineering team.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth and skill development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with React.js.
- Proficiency in React.js and experience designing and executing automated and manual testing frameworks for React.js applications.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
