Responsibilities

  • Lead test activities, define scope and environments, prepare test plans, establish metrics, and supervise testers.
  • Define testing standards, risk-based coverage, automation strategies, and strategic roadmaps for functional and AI testing.
  • Architect and maintain reusable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage test execution, defect triage, reporting, release readiness, and recommendations for product or design changes.
  • Evaluate AI testing tools, use DeepEval for model evaluation, validate RAG frameworks, and develop agentic validation workflows for multi-agent systems.
  • Conduct bias, fairness, and ethical compliance testing for AI models.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional testing teams and communicate quality metrics and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field and 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Broad understanding of the testing lifecycle, testing concepts and standards, Agile frameworks, AI testing, and quality management techniques.
  • Hands-on experience building and adopting large-scale automation frameworks across UI, functional, API, and backend integration testing.
  • Scripting or coding-level experience with Selenium and Java or Python.
  • Experience implementing automation and performance strategies, including AI-assisted test generation, predictive analytics, intelligent test-case generation, and defect detection.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or another relevant defect-management tool and CI/CD.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer-centricity, innovative thinking, agility, and intercultural sensitivity.
