Responsibilities
- Design AI-driven target architectures and conceptualize AI-based software factories for enterprise-scale autonomous software development.
- Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines that convert engineering processes, standards, and architectural guidelines into machine-executable workflows.
- Design governance, identity boundaries, validation mechanisms, and traceability for trusted AI engineering environments.
- Implement automated testing and evaluation pipelines, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming approaches for AI-generated systems.
- Translate enterprise knowledge into machine-readable architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules.
- Translate business intent into scalable architectures and communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing tailored IT architectures involving legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and current trends such as agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
- Knowledge of agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, and context engineering in secure, scalable enterprise architectures.
- Strong business-to-technical translation and communication skills, with willingness to work in interdisciplinary global teams and travel as needed.
