Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build intuitive interfaces for working with agents and managing agent tasks.
- Own software features end-to-end from design through deployment and operation.
- Work with users to translate needs and feedback into product improvements.
- Build cloud agents, self-improving loops, and integrations for traces and post-training.
- Collaborate with researchers to turn new agent capabilities into reliable product features.
- Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and developer experience improvements.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills in TypeScript and Python.
- Experience building developer tools, dashboards, platform products, and working with agent harnesses.
- Strong product judgment and user-experience focus, with the ability to turn complex capabilities into intuitive workflows.
- Experience building reliable systems with asynchronous execution and real-time interactions.
- Awareness of frontier models, agent capabilities, and tooling, with the ability to translate them into product decisions.
- Bias toward shipping, ownership of production code, and pragmatic engineering judgment.
- Preferred experience includes coding agents, LLM-powered developer tools, CLI or terminal UI development, WebSockets or real-time systems, open-source contributions, and early-stage startups.
