Base Salary
$75k - $93k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Identify automation opportunities and contribute to the operational stability, performance, and scalability of applications and systems.
- Translate business goals and user requirements into actionable technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, recommendations, and other documentation.
- Build and maintain robust, performant solutions delivering customer impact at scale.
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting support, and knowledge sharing to teammates.
- Follow software and product engineering best practices for code quality, documentation, deployment, testing, security, SDLC, and DevOps.
- Explore new technologies and use AI-assisted development tools to generate solution options and scaffolding while maintaining code quality and security.
- Stay current with software engineering innovations and continuously develop technical skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant web application development experience.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages, API frameworks, and servers.
- Experience with common frontend JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying containerized application code.
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Preferred experience with iterative development and Agile methodologies, including SAFe or similar scaled frameworks.
- Preferred experience with or strong curiosity about AI-assisted development tools and their practical applications.
- Preferred experience with big data, security best practices and tools, authentication strategies, microservices, DevOps and CI/CD, and databases.
