Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major full-stack features from architecture decisions through production release.
- Build reliable and performant systems across core workflows using Python/Django, React, and AWS.
- Ship AI-powered functionality that makes legal complexity easier to use for law firms.
- Collaborate directly with product, operations, and design to define product priorities.
- Help shape the technical team’s culture, standards, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building reliable and secure production software.
- Full-stack experience across frontend and backend development.
- Proficiency in Python and React, or demonstrated ability to learn new technology stacks quickly.
- Experience writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Preferred experience with Django, AWS, or OpenAI APIs.
- Preferred experience at an early-stage startup helping establish engineering standards.
- Familiarity with legal technology, document processing, or data-heavy workflows is preferred.
