Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules using PHP.
- Design and execute test cases, automate software validation, and ensure code is error-free and meets quality standards.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, implementation, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback, respond to customer requests, and support customer experience and CSAT.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory PHP experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design and develop software, test and debug code, and maintain applications.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow software development practices, and complete relevant certifications.
