Responsibilities
- Structure and design webpages for the company’s website, client-facing web portal, and internal web applications.
- Build UI enhancements and maintain brand consistency throughout the design.
- Optimize webpages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Assist backend developers with coding and troubleshooting.
- Promote product excellence through technical leadership and mentorship.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in the fintech space.
- Professional experience with JavaScript and deep proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Familiarity with backend programming in Go.
- Solid understanding of key design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, test hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service businesses is preferred.
- Experience with digital assets is preferred but not required.
