Responsibilities
- Design and implement next generation core Risk platform architecture.
- Interact with stakeholders across different organizations.
- Participate in shaping the strategy and execution path of the Risk platform.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
- Write high quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for significant risk flows.
- Experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining high throughput and low latency production services.
- Ability to architect and develop solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact.
- Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems at massive scale.
- Solid communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relentless drive to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- Passion for building an open financial system.
