Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability, performance, and operational readiness of supported applications and services.
- Monitor applications and services, tune alerts, build dashboards, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Respond to medium to highly complex production problems and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Lead root cause analysis, document findings, and drive corrective actions from post-incident reviews.
- Automate operational toil and streamline execution using scripting and other operational tooling.
- Define alerting standards, lead telemetry instrumentation, validate observability coverage, and support SLI/SLO alignment.
- Coordinate or execute implementation plans for new application releases and maintenance updates.
- Share knowledge and mentor peers on operational best practices.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in SRE or DevOps, including hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and Azure.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience supporting containerized applications in Red Hat OpenShift or AKS environments.
- Computer Science or a related field of study.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, solve technical problems, and support client-focused outcomes.
