Responsibilities
- Operate under established protocols with minimal supervision, assess incident priority, take appropriate action, and maintain ownership of problems and escalations.
- Support and maintain SimCorp clients across SCDaaS service delivery, including incident ownership, status monitoring, timely updates, and adherence to ITSM and SLA/OLA requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve end-user issues, escalate complex problems through support tiers, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Apply subject-matter knowledge to resolve business issues, guide contacts on SimCorp Dimension usage, and work cross-functionally on routine and non-routine tasks.
- Generate and implement solutions aligned with SCDaaS standards, communicate effectively, maintain the knowledge base, and work with customers on standard tasks and issues.
- Perform automation, operations, batch scheduling, environment maintenance, upgrades, patches, refreshes, problem analysis, and systemic error resolution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of related technical work experience.
- IT-based education at bachelor level or higher.
- Experience with enterprise job scheduling and management, such as Control-M, JAMS Scheduler, AWS Batch, Oracle SaaS Batch Scheduler, or Active Batch.
- Experience with automation, operations, public cloud platforms such as Azure, cloud-based platform or infrastructure services, and mission-critical applications in high-availability environments.
- Broad technical knowledge across virtualization, middleware applications, interfaces, operating systems, networking, and databases.
- Experience with incident, service fulfilment, change, release, and problem support processes, plus extensive use of service desk tools.
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension or other large financial-services software is valued.
- ITIL v3/v4 certification is preferred.
- Ability to work the North America EST shift.
