Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
- Respond to production incidents and outages, diagnose problems, and restore service.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and processes.
- Manage servers, networks, cloud resources, and other infrastructure.
- Plan future system capacity and execute disaster recovery activities.
- Develop and maintain software deployment and release processes.
- Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and stakeholders to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to system reliability and performance.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience handling production support and production incidents.
- Excellent knowledge of OCP and Windows environments.
- Experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Scripting experience with Shell Scripting, Python, and PowerShell.
- Experience with SQL database management and MongoDB.
- Experience with Kubernetes container services.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.

- Base compensation range of 70,000 to 102,000.
