Base Salary
$70k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to identify issues before they affect users.
- Respond to production incidents and outages, diagnose problems, and implement service-restoration solutions.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and processes.
- Manage servers, networks, cloud resources, and other underlying infrastructure.
- Plan capacity for anticipated workloads.
- Develop and maintain software deployment and release processes.
- Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and stakeholders to maintain system reliability and availability.
- Document systems, processes, and procedures and implement continuous improvements.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery activities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in production support handling production incidents.
- Excellent knowledge of OCP and Windows environments.
- Experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Scripting experience with Shell Scripting, Python, and PowerShell.
- Experience with SQL database management and MongoDB.
- Experience with Kubernetes container services.
