Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure with development, operations, and security teams.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for deployment, scaling, and observability.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, and recovery mechanisms.
- Improve system performance, availability, reliability, and security posture.
- Own production support, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and operation of mission-critical platforms.
- Lead or contribute to incident response, triage, resolution, and prevention efforts.
- Support deployments and manage implementation issues through resolution.
- Analyze complex technical issues and recommend solutions aligned with business impact.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and coach or mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles in hybrid on-premises and AWS environments.
- Strong experience with AWS services, infrastructure as code, and CDK with TypeScript preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible and YAML configuration management.
- Experience with Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, and CloudWatch observability platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and/or JavaScript scripting and development.
- Experience implementing automation across infrastructure and application layers.
- Understanding of security and compliance practices in regulated industries; financial services experience is required.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, with GitHub preferred.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Strong RHEL systems administration and clustering experience, such as Veritas Cluster.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
