Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own web application architecture, frontend strategy, technical roadmaps, and scalable application design.
- Develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.
- Lead integrations with POS platforms, payment systems, commerce platforms, loyalty and rewards platforms, identity solutions, location services, notifications, promotions, and analytics systems.
- Mentor developers, review code and designs, establish coding and documentation standards, and guide technical decisions.
- Assess delivery risks, manage dependencies, coordinate testing, and support production releases.
- Monitor application performance, crashes, availability, and customer experience metrics.
- Partner with IT leadership, Product Management, Marketing, clients, and engineering teams on roadmaps and delivery.
- Support CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, application security, networking, and maintainable production-quality code.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software or web development experience with production-grade web applications.
- 5+ years of recent hands-on React.js experience and 5+ years of JavaScript and TypeScript experience.
- 4+ years in a Lead Web Developer, Tech Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
- 3+ years of Node.js and Express experience and 3+ years leading and mentoring developers.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Azure experience, including familiarity with Azure Cloud Functions.
- Strong experience with React multi-page applications, HTML5, CSS, LESS, SASS, asynchronous requests, API integrations, SSR, SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of npm, webpack, grunt, gulp, Git, CI/CD practices, and unit testing frameworks.
- Competency in application security and networking, Agile team environments, technical roadmaps, risk management, dependency management, and production releases.
- Strong documentation, consulting, client communication, presentation, judgment, and collaboration skills.
- Restaurant POS integration experience and experience in restaurant technology, retail, hospitality, or e-commerce are preferred.
