Responsibilities
- Design and set up production and non-production cloud environments.
- Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration.
- Lead platform engineering best practices to optimize cloud environment performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and environment provisioning.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for environment configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of platform security and compliance standards.
- 15 years of full-time education.
