Base Salary
$160k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test pipelines and tooling for Systems engineers.
- Create and manage unified triage workflows across testing modalities and workstreams.
- Lead root cause analyses, identify testing gaps, and improve verification and validation processes.
- Translate system and pipeline gaps into technical requests for Data Platform, Simulation, and Infrastructure partner teams.
- Collaborate on solution validation and provide technical guidance, code review, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant technical work experience, including 3+ years testing autonomous vehicles or robotic systems.
- Ability to code in Python or C++ for automation and tooling development.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale simulation or test automation pipelines.
- Strong understanding of autonomy systems engineering, including interactions among sensing, perception, prediction, and planning modules.
- Strong analytical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with large-scale simulation, behavior verification, fault detection and response testing for L2+ autonomous systems, triage prioritization, validation tooling, or autonomy safety cases.
Benefits
- Base pay range is $160,360 to $291,150 annually, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
