Responsibilities
- Own agents end to end, from prototype to production.
- Design the production runtime for agent orchestration and execution.
- Build trustworthy tools for agents, ensuring member identity protection.
- Develop a layered safety model for agent interactions.
- Push forward evaluation work to measure quality and safety.
- Instrument agents for debuggability in production.
- Create reusable patterns for future agent development.
- Set technical direction and improve team capabilities.
Requirements
- Real production experience building with LLMs and agents.
- Good judgment on grounding, retrieval, and safety.
- Ability to identify reusable patterns in working agents.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Track record of setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
