Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, document, and evolve shared components and design tokens.
- Design interactive components and translate design specs into production-quality code.
- Collaborate with product designers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
- Review designer pull requests and contributions to the design system.
- Enhance product accessibility through direct contributions and team support.
- Provide flexible components to unblock product squads while enforcing consistency.
- Maintain and improve design system documentation for self-service.
- Contribute to evolving workflows to align with design system standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product development with a focus on design and engineering.
- A portfolio or project links demonstrating technical skills and design taste.
- Experience in building or maintaining a product design system at production scale.
- High-polish front-end skills, including motion design.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating design resources.
- Strong communication skills across various media.
