Base Salary
$196k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable services for the shopper lifecycle.
- Set technical direction for domain migrations and platform modernization.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to shape roadmaps and success metrics.
- Champion AI enablement by building internal tooling and automations.
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
- Uplevel operational excellence while mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years architecting and owning distributed systems.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- 2+ years leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into the development lifecycle.
- Proven partnership with Product, Design, and Data Science.
- Track record of mentoring engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
