Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI systems that enhance operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations.
- Develop production-grade features and ensure system reliability.
- Create reusable memory and retrieval patterns for AI applications.
- Implement closed-loop feedback systems to connect audits and product changes.
Requirements
- Experience in building production-grade systems, preferably in Python.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Ability to work with legacy systems and design new services.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Experience with AI systems and operational data management.
