Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, extend, and implement scalable o9 supply chain planning solutions.
- Mature the internal o9 technology center of excellence by defining reusable engineering patterns, platform standards, and delivery practices.
- Collaborate with techno-functional engineers to build o9 platform capabilities and align development with the center of excellence operating model.
- Lead an AI-enabled o9 delivery framework involving data engineering, functional engineering, and quality engineering.
- Design approved functional customizations and engineer solutions where standard o9 or vendor functionality is insufficient.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews, solution modeling, functional configuration, and technical documentation.
- Support sprint planning, estimate build and test effort, coordinate deployments, and ensure operational handoff to support teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and guide supply chain planning roadmap and prioritization decisions.
- Work with external vendor partners and global cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technology field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience leading and implementing supply chain solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing o9 technology solutions.
- Experience building extensions to constrained and unconstrained solvers, forecasting algorithms, predictive models, algorithmic designs, and engineering design patterns.
- Experience with SQL, R, IBPL, and Python for building applications.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and global cross-functional teams.
- Retail supply planning, demand planning, IBP, S&OP, S&OE, inventory management, and replenishment experience is preferred.
