Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable build systems for secondary ECU software.
- Own end-to-end binary generation pipelines, including compilation and packaging.
- Manage build configurations across multiple ECU variants and vehicle programs.
- Ensure correct generation of firmware images and application binaries.
- Optimize build performance and implement caching strategies.
- Manage artifact lifecycle including storage and versioning.
- Implement strict traceability from source code to vehicle release.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Enable reproducible builds with traceability from commit to vehicle.
- Ensure secure delivery of artifacts to integration and manufacturing pipelines.
- Develop tooling for custom ECU builds and vehicle-level software packages.
- Coordinate release schedules and resolve integration issues.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and ECU-level software stacks.
- Expert knowledge of Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Strong understanding of MATLAB/Simulink for hardware in the loop testing.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and automotive communication protocols.
- Expertise in complex problem solving and data analysis.
- Knowledge of automotive design and development processes.
