Base Salary

$140k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable build systems for secondary ECU software.
  • Own end-to-end binary generation pipelines, including compilation and packaging.
  • Manage build configurations across multiple ECU variants and vehicle programs.
  • Ensure correct generation of firmware images and application binaries.
  • Optimize build performance and implement caching strategies.
  • Manage artifact lifecycle including storage and versioning.
  • Implement strict traceability from source code to vehicle release.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • Enable reproducible builds with traceability from commit to vehicle.
  • Ensure secure delivery of artifacts to integration and manufacturing pipelines.
  • Develop tooling for custom ECU builds and vehicle-level software packages.
  • Coordinate release schedules and resolve integration issues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and ECU-level software stacks.
  • Expert knowledge of Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
  • Strong understanding of MATLAB/Simulink for hardware in the loop testing.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and automotive communication protocols.
  • Expertise in complex problem solving and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of automotive design and development processes.
