Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and configuration of the Anthropic Claude platform, API gateway, SSO, SOC/SIEM, and observability integrations across UAT, staging, and production.
- Lead knowledge transfer from Accenture and Tribe AI, including documentation of configurations, prompt and agent catalogs, and integration materials.
- Develop L1.5/L2 support runbooks and technical documentation and support estate assessment and BAU readiness activities.
- Provide architecture-level escalation support for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents and contribute to service-level response and restoration activities.
- Administer the Anthropic platform and associated products, including Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, and Claude Agents.
- Support rollout waves, enterprise RBAC enablement, platform innovation tracking, FinOps and adoption reporting, and AI governance activities.
- Deliver consulting engagements involving prompt-library tuning, solution and agent design, integration guidance, and scoped proof-of-concept work.
Requirements
- Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F) certification, or commitment to obtain it within an agreed timeframe after joining.
- Proven experience architecting and integrating enterprise SaaS or AI platforms, including API gateway, SSO, and SIEM/observability integrations.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM platforms, prompt engineering, agent design, and integration patterns.
- Experience leading knowledge-transfer exercises and producing operational runbooks and support documentation.
- Ability to act as an L1.5/L2 escalation point for complex technical incidents.
- Strong stakeholder-facing skills for governance forums and consulting engagements.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8–12 years of experience in solution or platform architecture, including AI/ML or GenAI platform integration.
- Preferred experience with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, Claude Agents, ServiceNow/ITSM operating models, FinOps practices, and AI solution transitions from proof of concept to production.
