Responsibilities
- Design scalable full-stack applications and reliable platforms.
- Develop front-end applications with JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, Thunk, HTML, and CSS frameworks.
- Develop backend services using ASP.NET Web API, C#, .NET Core, and SQL.
- Design APIs and user-facing web applications and develop Digital Tools services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, architects, partners, and capability teams.
- Refine requirements, prioritize and estimate features, and document functional requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions and promote software development best practices.
- Create test scenarios and plans, conduct automated testing, and ensure code quality through reviews.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Deploy cloud-based solutions and adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Typically requires 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with systems development life cycle and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Azure cloud-native PaaS hosting and deploying cloud-based solutions.
- Experience building modern public-facing user interfaces and APIs consumed by multiple teams.
- Experience with TypeScript and a modern UI framework such as React or Vue.
- Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL, or Azure SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD, PowerShell, Terraform, and YAML scripting or automation.
- Ability to understand user needs through functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
- Ability to work with business complexity, project interdependencies, and evolving requirements.
