Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, implement, test, and maintain scalable software features and enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Customer Support teams to support implementations and deployments.
- Develop third-party integrations and optimize deployment processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical dependencies, defects, performance issues, and complex technical problems.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
- Support deployments across multiple environments, monitoring, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement analytics, machine learning, and data-driven solutions when applicable.
- Collaborate across time zones when required.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development, Solution Engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments, scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, networking concepts, ETL processes, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, quantitative, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with analytics, machine learning, or data-driven platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to financial services, banking technologies, payments ecosystems, fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, or enterprise software environments is preferred.
